Job Title: Sales Executives(5positions)

Job Type: Full-Time

Summary Objective

To grow Mandela Stadium business through development of concepts, marketing proposals and strategies.

Summary Objective

Push sales of Mandela Stadium to realize sales targets. Will be paid on a commission basis.

General Responsibilities

·             Establish a sales plan and deliver results to take MNS to the next level

·             Identify new leads with targeted clients

·             Ensure timely production of business as per given targets

·             Schedule meetings and prospect potential clients

·             Assess client needs and guide them on suitable products, pricing and any other required information

·             Build and maintain good working relations with clients on behalf of the company

·             Collect market intelligence information and send feedback to the company

·             Tracking sales data and maintaining records

·             Avail client servicing through timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers on all unresolved issues

·             Maintaining promotional materials inventory

Competences Required

·             Computer literacy i.e. pro?ciency in Microsoft Of?ce Programs

·             Ability to “walk the walk" when it comes to exceeding sales goals

·             Excellent customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills

·             Must have a passion for sports, media and advertising industry

·             High degree of persistence, enthusiasm and aggressiveness

·             Excellence at building contacts, networking and creating long-term relationships

·             Self-starter with ability to manage multiple proposals & partnerships at once

·             Effective communication and presentation skills with ?uency in English.

Qualifcations and Experience:

    Minimum of Bachelors degree from a reputable institution.

    Minimum Experience of Two (2)years in Sales & Marketing
