CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Conduct Agriculture Research for development especially adoptive trials of  bio-fortified pro-vitamin A rich OFSP and the other multivitamin rich Crops.
·         Establishing PVS trials of nutritional rich crops.
·         Plan, design, Compile and analyze all the data needed.
·         Track project benefits to household economic and social well-being of poor people.
·         Collaborate with other research team members in BRAC and other re-search institutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
·         A minimum of MSc. in Agronomy or in a related field from recognized institution/University.
·         Working experience of 5-7 years in Agriculture related research projects. Experience in data compilation and analysis.
·         Experience in experimental research designs.
·         Demonstrated ability to identify priority actions, generate and complete work plans within short time frames.
·         Excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
·         Must be computer literate in most of the Microsoft office application required by researchers especially for data analysis.
·         Flexibility, resilience, a motivated self-starter and multi-tasker; inquisi-tive, transparent and enterprising in finding new strategies and solutions.
·         Highest ethical and professional standards.
·         Report writing and analytical skills are a must.
