Job Description :
Position Purpose (What is the reason that this position exists? what is the

To prepare, upload and check the estimated costs and to run the actual cost
vs. estimated cost reports.
Key Accountabilities.

the position must get results in order to achieve its purpose?)
• Strategy Formulation.
•Organization Development. Participates and recommends solutions according
to the business needs
•Compensation and Benefits.
•Workforce planning.
•Performance Management. - Daily allocates the costs to the specific calls
or products. . Prepares the estimated costs and updates them after the line
manager’s approval. - Runs the reports actual vs estimates.
• Employee Relations.
•Training & Development.
•Recruitment.
•Policies & Procedures.

University Degree Skills &
Knowledge. Accuracy & discipline in work.
