of INTERNAL AUDITOR.

Report to:
Manager Internal Audit
Location:Kampala
The Overall Job
Purpose:
To perform risk-based internal audit assignments and
contribute to the improvement of the company’s risk management, control and
governance processes.
Key Result Areas:
1. Prepare risk-based audit plans for internal audit
assignments.
2. Perform approved audit procedures and prepare working
papers in accordance with departmental guidelines and the Institute of Internal
Auditors (IIA) standards.
3. Identify areas for improvement in the company’s
governance, risk management and internal controls.
4. Prepare quality draft internal audit reports.
5. Perform special investigations and consulting
engagements.
Required
Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree in Information
Technology/Business/Science
• Working knowledge of automated audit software
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• At least two years working experience in IT or IT Audit
• CISA qualification will be an added advantage
