Operation Manager and a Supervisorl vacancy in Uganda at CAROIL Uganda

Background Information:
Our client CAROIL Uganda, a part of CAROIL Tuscany International Drilling Group involved in drilling operations in Uganda is seeking experienced Ugandans in the oil field to fill  the above  positions;
1. Operation Manager:
Responsible for the overall operational and financial functions of the rig with special emphasis on the drilling operations, coordinating all phases of the operations for effective and efficient performance and ensuring that drilling operations are carried out strictly in accordance with terms of contract and company policies.
Responsibilities
             Supervise maintenance, procurement and logistical departments.
             Responsible for operations and cost reports for rig and explanation of variances.
             Develop and maintain cordial relations with operational level representatives of the customer.
             Ensure that line managers comply with and promote safety and company policies.
Requirements Should be Ugandan
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the oilfield or 15 years of experience in oil rig or in oilfield office administration.
International Well Control Certification (IWCF) at Supervisory Level. (The certification should not have expired more than 2 years ago.)
2.Drill Supervisorl Superintendent:outy Station: Field
Responsible for the commercial operation of the unit and liaising with the Person In-Charge (PIC) and manage client relationship in the capacity of contractor's representative.
Key Responsibilities
•Keep the Operation Manager informed of the state of the drill plant, the well, potential hazards, malfunction of equipment and actions taken and supervise drilling operations.
•Perform inspections and audits to ensure that drilling equipment and facilities are maintained, drilling operations are carried out efficiently, safety practices are followed and contractual requirements are met.
•Ensure that rig supervisors are informed of any operational, maintenance, environmental, health, safety, training and quality issues and works with supervisors to develop and implement effective solutions.
•Oversee that drilling personnel, including subcontractors, are trained and certified for their particular jobs.
Requirements
•Should be Ugandan
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or 7 years' experience in oil rig as aTool pusher
•Should have a valid International Well Control certification (IWCF) supervisor level
