EFC Limited is a new microfinance institution in Kampala located in Ndeeba at Master Wood Plaza. Already well-established in Zambia and Tanzania, the Entrepreneurs Financial Centre model is a proven market leader providing specialized lending services in amounts up to UGX 50 million to transitioning small enterprises.

EFC Limited is a growing institution therefore we are currently seeking to expand our team with talented, dynamic and career oriented experienced people for the following position:

                                    Human Resource Officer

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE:

The Human Resource Officer should absolutely have good practical knowledge of HRM in the financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate day¬to-day HR related activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and vision of the EFC.

In this regard, specific qualifications and requirements include:

•             Human Resources Diploma/Degree;

•             Two years of relevant experiences;

•             Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

•             Excellent problem solving skills.

                                                                Credit Officer

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE:

Applicants should have financial services experience with the following general profile:

•             Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management;

•             Innovative problem solving skills;

•             Strong people/relationship skills with a customer service and teamwork orientation;

•             Action and results oriented with good time management and analytical skills;

•             Fluent in English.
