The American Refugee Committee (ARC) International is an International nonprofit,

of beneficiaries around the world. The ARC seeks to promote peaceful and safe communities
where men and women have equal rights and communities can access locally owned, highquality

persons to fill the positions of; Human Resource Manager to be based at the head office and
Finance & Admin Assistant based in Kyangwali.
HR Manager Reporting to the Country Director, the
successful candidate will be managing all aspects of human resource
function for the organization at the department level or Equivalent. The
work will
include the responsibility for independently
planning, organizing, setting up department goals and objectives, and
reporting results to the director. Functions will include benefits,
classification and evaluation, wage and salary administration
discipline, employee and labour
relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance, affirmative action, operations,
performance appraisal, recruitment, training, safety and time sheet management.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant degree.
• At least three years working experience working in the field of human resource preferably in a humanitarian organization.
• Experience managing and working with a diverse staff and confronting challenging situations
• Good writing and speaking English skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to reside in the Local community Interested applicants should submit an application
