Job Title: Insight Associate, Kuja Kuja

 Reports to: Insight Manager

Organisation: The American Refugee Committee (ARC)

Job Summary:

The Insight Associate will be responsible for collecting data from customers, entering that data into the system, and interacting with ARC service teams to ensure their fluency in our technology.

 Person Specifications:

 A minimum of a Degree in relevant field.

• At least 1 years' experience in similar or related field.

• Strong knowledge of the local population is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with digital technology and experience using Microsoft word, WhatsApp, email, and other applications.
