Job Purpose
The major purpose of this job is to maximize caterpillar equipment user
satisfaction and cceptance for dealer
parts and service products. They will also assist caterpillar equipment users
in achieving low operating costs through recommending cost effective options
and appropriate product support programs aimed at helping the customer make
informed decisions Tasks
•Visit customers, both old and new
•Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints
•Sell the companies parts and service opportunities
•Ensure prompt delivery of parts and services and corresponding invoices to
the customer
•Achieve the set targets and performance objectives
•Follow up on invoices to ensure payments
by the customers
•Preparation and updating customers' profile list
•Implement relevant marketing and promotional programs
•Accurate completion and timely submission of call reports and other
related reports
•Perform custom track services
•Assist in the development of parts- service merchandising programs
Qualificationsl experience and competencies
•A degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Technical experience of three years
•sales experience in the same industry with
minimum 2 years is preferable
•Must be computer literate
•Must have a valid driving license
•Writing and reporting skills
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Initiate and generate activity and make prompt clear decisions
