university graduates, from different academic disciplines, for opportunities in
the Assurance Line of Service.
You must be in your final year at the university, completing your final
exams in 2015.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Participate in the execution of audits and delivery of other assurance
services on a multi sectorial client portfolio
•Understand the audit risks and complete assigned areas accordingly
•Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to the audit team
leader
•Identify performance improvement opportunities and articulate client
specific value-add proposals
•Maintain continuous client engagement to ensure effective and sustained
information flow during assignments
Requirements and Competencies
•A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of upper second class honours or its
equivalent
•A distinction or credit in Mathematics and English at 0 levels
•Excellent leadership, management, communication and project management
skills
•Strong business awareness and analytical skills and an ability to identify
audit issues arising from commercial
transactions
•Abilities to multi-task, demonstrate flexibility and work under pressure.
•Proactive approach to problem solving
