Organizational Profile

We are one of the largest integrated Sugar and Alcohol producers in Uganda with a large Plantation.

We have a large, diversified workforce.

We are looking for a self driven, self starting, highly qualified individual to head the Human Resource function.

The individual should have the relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management with at least 8 - 10 years of working experience at a similar level in a reputable Organization.

A law degree and familiarity with computers will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities will include all HR Management functions such as managing performance, training, industrial relations, communications and related administration, and staff welfare activities.
