Q Sourcing is an East African human resource consulting and outsourcing

functions. Our client is looking for A Coordinator - Corporate Social
Responsibility between the age of 25 and above to work in their South Sudan -
Juba Office.
Main Tasks:
·
Develop strategies for the
Company’s CSI as well as manage and control CSR projects.
·
Contribute to the development of
strategies for the Company’s CSI’s and identify opportunities for CSR projects
in South Sudan.
·
Drive execution of the overall
CSI programme by creating and maintaining CSI related programme, release schedules
that include key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
·
Develop and implement project
plan per project as well as initiate plans to take advantage of opportunities
regionally and nationally.
·
Develop and maintain relationship
with responsible interest groups and stakeholders per project.
·
Develop and manage budget
implementation per project, as well as Identify funding and/or co-sponsorship
opportunities.
·
Manage budget implementation and
validate progress reports on deliverables per project; and present reports on
projects to the Company’s Exco.
·
Manage and control physical
operational requirements of the identified initiatives.
·
Lead in the development of new
processes and improvement of existing ones as appropriate.
·
Facilitate corporate social
investment branding and the company's exposure through marketing exposure and
channel specific marketing initiatives.
·
Collaborate with internal teams
and external groups to coordinate release processes, facilitate deliverable
hand-offs, and ensure timely launch.
·
Enhance and maintain government
lobbying, as well as liaise with the Company’s Group and other operating units
to share the Foundation’s experiences.
·
Review the performance of
individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee
performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.
·
Identify training requirements of
team members, develop program to address knowledge gaps and to enrich knowledge
repository within the department.
Key Qualifications/Experience
·
Bachelor Degree in Social
Sciences / Arts.
·
3 years work experience.
·
A project management, preferably
within an NGO/ C.S.I environment will be an added advantage.
·
Experience in a supervisory role.
