Job Role:
Reporting to the Advertising
Manager, the ideal candidate will have the overall responsibility of initiating
and executing sales while promoting and developing effective advertising
solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Are you a graduate with a
university degree?
- Do you have the clout and
persuasion skill?
- Do you have experience in
broadcast/digital sales?
- Can you develop and nurture
relationships with agency/direct clients with an aim of maximising revenues?
- Do you possess media buying
skills?
- Are you an excellent
communicator?
- Do you have in-depth
understanding of the media industry in Kenya?
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- University Degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in
sales (experience in media industry will be an added advantage);
- Excellent prospecting skills
with an orientation for results;
- Strong understanding of lead
generation;
- Ability to cultivate long
standing client relationships.
- Process a creative mind and be
able to think outside the box
- Knowledge of marketing
communications mix and research fundamentals is mandatory
