Role overview

Work with programme staff, volunteers and gateway centre staff to build capacity within vocational training institutes (VTIs) in delivering vocational trainings hence aiding implementation of Youth Development Programme (YDP) and ensuring consistency of service delivery across participating VTIs in the West Nile region.

Skills, qualifications and experience required

Should have;

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a relevant field

• Experience in working with/training low capacity teams.

• Lesson planning and class / course development skills.

• Developing and introducing new systems connected with vocational skills training

• Small enterprise development skills/experience

• Communications skills (including IT skills and report writing)

• Motorbike skills/willingness to learn

• Monitoring and evaluation experience

- Vocational teaching skills and experience
