About This Job:
Q Sourcing is an East African human resource consulting and outsourcing
company, combining unparalleled experience and expertise across business
functions. Our client is looking for Sales Men between the age of 20 and above
to sale Airtime and Sim cards.
Job Overview:
The job holders will be responsible for all sales activities on assigned
accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing
quality of product and service delivery.
Main Tasks:

Participate in sales events
·
Perform quality checks on product
and service delivery
·
Monitor and report on sales
activities and follow up for management
·
Ensure customer service
satisfaction and good client relationships
·
follow up on sales activity
·
Maintain sales activity records
and prepare sales reports
·
Respond to sales inquiries and
concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Key Qualifications/Experience
Relevant certificate/Diploma in
sale and marketing.
Between 20 and above years of
age.
Requirements:
·
Valid driving/riding permit.
·
Able and willing to ride a
motorbike
·
Guarantors willing to guarantee
the candidates.
Competencies
·
Good Communication skills.
·
Good command of English.
·
Good team player
·
Experience in sales.
·
Experience in making
presentations.
·
Proven ability to achieve sales
targets.
