qualified and interested persons for the position of Principal Nursing Officer
Job Description :
(a) Heads the Nursing Division
(b) Oversees the planning and overall functioning of Nursing services
(c) Ensures proper implementation of Nursing procedures
(d) Ensures maintenance of professional ethics, efficiency, discipline by
all Nursing staff
(e) Ensures 24-hour Nursing services coverage at the Hospital
Experience : 10 (Years)

Skill Set :
-Must be a qualified, experienced and senior double trained registered
Nursing Officer holding a BSc.N Degree. Additional qualification and hands-on
training in Health Services Management, Nursing Administration or Public Health
is a competitive advantage.
-Must be computer literate -Must
have served for at least ten (10) years as a Health Worker, three (3) of which
must have been in at Senior Nursing Officer level and above preferably in a
Hospital
-Must have good leadership skills including communication and interpersonal
skills, assertive with ability to direct, control, coach and develop staff
-Must be registered and licensed by
the Nurses & Midwives Council Age: A balanced, mature and dynamic
personality of at least 40 years.
