Job Description/Responsibilities:

launch in 2006, BRAC's programmes in Uganda are halfway toward its goal of
reaching 4.2 million people, or 12 percent of the population, by 2016. BRAC
International is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self-motivated
individuals to fill up this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Procurement activities for outsourcing.
Prepare Tender Documents and yearly target plan to meet with the budget.
Assist in evaluating technical proposal with comparisons.Keep excellent
communication with customers / suppliers.Other relevant assignments as
necessary.
Educational Requirements:
Masters in relevant filed from any reputed university with minimum two
first class/ division/ CGPA 3.00 in all academic examination. Candidates having
Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum seven (07) years experience in relevant filed.
Additional Job Requirements:
Good oral and written communication skill in English.
Must be self-directed, well-organized, goal oriented with enhanced problem
solving ability.
Strong multi-discipline management skills.Excellent interpersonal and
organization skills.
Good working knowledge on personal computers and related business software
such as MS Office, access.
