Reporting to the Unit Leader, Life and Pensions Agency, the role is responsible for marketing and selling Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan Market. Key Accountabilities:

• Identify markets, schedule meetings with potential clients and acquire business

• Maintain consistency in performance and set targets

• Maintain strong industry knowledge on pertinent facts

 • Avail excellent customer care to clients

Experience :       1 (Years)

Skill Set :            

Requirements:

i. Qualifications and experience

§ A Diploma or more from a reputable institution. C.O.P qualification and Enterprise Uganda training are an added advantage

 § 1.5 years successful working experience and/or training in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions

§ Aged 25 – 35 years

 § At least 50 leads developed through networking

 ii. Skills and Competencies:

§ Persistence & Aggressiveness

 § Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

 § Excellent at networking and creating long-term relationships

§ Great negotiation skills

§ Ability to work under a lot of pressure

§ Should be smart and presentable
