About This Job:
Q-sourcing limited is a management solutions firm operating in East Africa.
Q-sourcing is looking for a human resource personnel aged between 25-35 years
to work in our Hoima office.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Promote a high performance culture amongst all project staff
- Create operational efficiency at all operational sites
- Monitoring and evaluating of performance levels of the contractors
- Management of the general welfare of the contractors
- Adherence to Occupation and Environment Heath and Safety Policies and Procedures
Key Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelors in Human resource or
any other related field
2 to 5 years working experience
in handling Human resource administration and logistical operations
Required Competencies /qualifications:
- Human Resource knowledge
- Organizational skills
- Analytical skills
