Position Title: Finance Assistant at Qatar

About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for the verification, accounting and
reconciliation of sales/ collection / refunds /ACMs/ADMs etc from all
accredited agents selling on different platforms like BSP/ Cargo GSA, using
different method of payments that includes cash/card/invoice. It includes daily
customer updates in Accounts receivables module in oracle finance , reconcile,
set off, credit monitor, Credit card chargeback monitoring, etc in line with QR
policies and Internal Accounting Procedures. You will be responsible for
accounting of journal vouchers, receipts, and sales etc. as per Internal
Accounting Policies.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need the following: -
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce from a recognized
university.
• Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA or CPA)
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience in a similar capacity with a
good working knowledge of operational and financial procedures.
• Experience in any major ERP (preferable Oracle).
• Proven working knowledge with spreadsheets.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and be of
unquestionable integrity.
• An excellent level of written and spoken English is required.
