Job Title: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing
Salary Scale: Grade 4

Location of office: Moroto
Job Purpose: To provide customer care service to clients in the field, in order to ensure their satisfaction.
Background Information:
National Medical Stores is an autonomous Corporation that was established by an Act of Parliament 1993. Our mandate is to procure, store and distribute medicines and other medical supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.

Our Mission is “TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY SUPPLY ESSENTIAL MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES IN UGANDA”
We are now looking for competent persons who possess appropriate skills, knowledge and right attitude to fill vacant positions which has arisen as a result of our expanded mandate. Applications are now invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant posts within the Corporation. National Medical Stores is an equal opportunity employer.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Carry out field visits to monitor service delivery to health facilities within Karamoja region by ensuring that health facilities coverage and frequency targets are achieved.
2.Carry out continuous monitoring and evaluation activities at Health facilities as per the approved procedures.
3.Co-ordinate with the offices at NMS Head quarters,its distributors, District Health Offices and District Officers, District Security organizations and Health Facilities in charge to ensure that timely and accountable
4 delivery of supplies to the districts and last dest inations are (Health Facilities) is made.
4. Managing specific/ special customer requests to ens ure timely responses.
5. Receive and report to NMS on customer/other stakeholder complaints and ensure that feedback is timely given consistent closure of issue
6. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate.
7. Assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing as required.
8. Meet the performance objectives and performance mea sures agreed with the Customer Care Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
i. At least a Diploma in Business Administration.
ii.Must possess a valid Class B Drivers license with a clean driving record.
iii. Must be a KARAMAJONG.
iv. 3 years of working experience in customer care
v.Computer literate
vi. Training in Customer service is an added advantage.
