Purpose of the job:
To provide Customer Care support to the Customer C are Representative by
way of ensuring that the customer service inquiries are either to Customer Care
Representative or recorded for onward presentation to Customer Care
Representative.
Background Information:
National Medical Stores is an autonomous Corporation that was established
by an Act of Parliament 1993. Our mandate is to procure, store and distribute
medicines and other medical supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.

Our Mission is “TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY SUPPLY ESSENTIAL

We are now looking for competent persons who possess appropriate skills,
knowledge and right attitude to fill vacant positions which has arisen as a
result of our expanded mandate. Applications are now invited from suitably
qualified candidates to fill the following vacant posts within the Corporation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
1) To answer Customer inquiries
2)To receive documents and arrange for their delivery to NMS head office
3)To receive and direct all internal and external cal ls to appropriate
destinations.
4)To serve as a front desk person of the office
5)To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the
Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Interested Candidates must have the following:
1)A minimum of a diploma in Business related discipline from arecognized
institution.
2)Must be a KARAMAJONG
3)Must demonstrate customer care orientation and best
practices.
4)Must be computer literate.
5)Should have experience in handling Customers.
