We are currently looking for competent candidates to fill the following
positions that exist
in Mukwano Group;
Job Title: Public Relations Liaison Officer
Ref: MIULlOl/12/PRLO/MARKETING/2013j
An ideal candidate should know how to:
Develop and Execute Public Relations
plans, Prepare and review communications strategy, Identify innovative ways to
promote the group and its products, Develop and maintain good working relations
with the media, including local and national newspapers, magazines, radio and
T.V stations
Job requirements:
Graduates of degree in mass communication, journalism or any other related
discipline. Three years demonstrated experience in public and media relations,
organizing press conferences, briefings and events, preparation of press
releases.
Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Ref: MIULl02/12/SS/MANUFACTURING/2013j
An ideal candidate should know how to: Supervise staff; organize them and
monitor their work flow to ensure appropriate production is achieved, oversee
preventive maintenance and report any malfunctions of the machines to the
productions Officer.
Job requirements:
Graduates of diploma in industrial
chemistry, food science and technology or any other related field. 2 year's
relevant experience in a manufacturing plant.
3. Job Title: Plant Operator
Ref: MIULl03/12/PO/MANUFACTURING/2013j
An ideal candidate should know how to:
Ensure proper operation of the
production equipment and effective use of raw materials to achieve finished
products as per specifications and schedule set by the company, coordinate with
Maintenance department to trouble-shoot and perform regular maintenance on
equipments.
Job requirements:
Graduates of diploma in industrial
chemistry or any related field. 2 year's relevant experience in a manufacturing
plant.
