Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to:
Logistics & Supply Chain Manager
Organisation:

Job Purpose: To
ensure effective management of company vehicle fleet & availability of
company vehicles in good mechanical conditions.
Key Performance Areas
1. Manage company drivers & vehicle fleet performance.
2. Manage & coordinate vehicle fleet maintenance and
repair works .
3. Maintain accurate and complete documentation on all
service & repair works done.
4. Analysis & preparation of periodic reports on vehicle
fleet performance.
5. Enhance asset management & value by monitoring
vehicle performance & defects fixing.
6. Establish & manage relationships with mechanical
workshops for quality repair work.
7. Ensure company compliance to traffic & road safety
act.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Three (3) years experience in Auto Maintenance or Fleet
management area.
• Motor vehicle mechanics Knowledge.
• Fleet management experience
