the East African region is interested in recruiting young, talented and
experienced Ugandans to fill the following key positions:-

& Marketing Manager
Reports to:
Managing Director

Job Purpose:
To grow distributor market share & business
profitability through strategically promoting company products, managing sales
team performance, penetrating new markets and delivering sales revenues with quality
customer service.
Key Performance Areas
1. Development & execution of the distributor Sales
& Marketing strategy.
2. Managing the sales & marketing process to deliver
results.
3. Grow distributor market share across the region.
4. Oversee effective implementation of marketing &
promotion activities for distributor visibility.
5. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Champion innovation in trade & distribution channels
for all markets.
7. Manage and support sales team performance &
development.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or business course
• Over Five (5) years experience in FMCG Sales.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Regional market experience will be of advantage
