Background Information:
Century Bottling Company Limited (CBC), a Franchise Bottler and Distributor of Coca-Cola products (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Krest, Stoney, Schweppes, Novida, Minute Maid, Dasani) in Uganda is sourcing for new distributors. CBC invites applications for the respective geographical territories below:
1. Central Region:
Selected areas of Kampala & greater Kampala, Mityana,
Nakasongola
2. Eastern
Region: Busia
3. Northern
Region: Pader, Lira, Hoima
4. Western
Region: Kinoni, Sembabule, Kabuyanda, Rushere, Kabingo/Nakivale, Bundibugyo
Requirements:The prospective distributor must be a limited liability company or a registered business and ready to offer distribution services under its business name: We shall require the following:
• Legal
and certified documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Trading license, URA
registration certificate for TIN, VAT and Income Tax, Articles of Association,
Company Form 7
• Directors’
personal ID documents (Passport copy, driving license) and attach 2 Passport
size photographs for each director.
• Recommendation
from Business associates/ referees/ Local Councils.
• Brief
company profile Must demonstrate financial strength by availing:
• Running
capital of UGX 90m – 150m supported by a bank statement for the past 6 months.
Required Infrastructure:
• Distribution
capability - Truck, Tri-cycle, Push cart, Bicycles, Trolleys etc. , as may be
dictated by the area plus proof of ownership
• Strategic
storage space of for 2,500 cases to 5,000 cases depending on the area.
• Office
equipment : a desktop computer , modem
• Human
Resource - staff
