known as Tanelec Uganda located at Kabira road; As we aim to bring closer services and products

to our esteemed customer: Tanelec Uganda is looking for qualified, competent, self-driven and result oriented personnel to fill the role of ‘Finance cum Administration Officer’

The Finance and Administration Officer shall report to the General Manager and shall have the following general duties and responsibilities:

• Overall accountability of the financial management and accounting including administrative affairs and office management.

• Ensure timely preparation of and accurate financial reports and reporting

• Manage inventory and fixed assets record of the company

• Oversee compliance of all obligations e.g tax returns, contracts and licenses necessary for Tanelec Uganda operations.

• Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets of the company from loss

• Assist with tax audit and preparation of monthly Social Security Fund returns

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Line manager

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Accounts, Computer proficiency, Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player as well as possess high level of honesty and integrity.

Experience requirement:

• At least three years in the same field in a reputable organization.
