Organizational Profile :
Our client in the Manufacturing industry seeks to fill the position of
Security Manager.
-Draw up Standard Operating Procedures for security staff.
• Ensure correct security systems and hardware are in place to provide
maximum security.
• Monitor security teams to ensure they are conducting patrols correctly.
• Maintain relations with the local community ensuring we have a supportive
neighborhood.
Manage the security team instilling the utmost degree of integrity,
discipline and a sense of pride.
• Review and plan security measures and staffing across the farm and lake.
• Draw up shift system to ensure security points are manned day and night.
Experience : 5 (Years)
Industry Type : Manufacturing
Skill Set :
At least 5 years’ practical experience in security operations with 3 years’
at supervisor/manager level experience
• Should be a good swimmer.
• Familiar with working on boats.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Good attention to detail and utmost integrity, essential.
