 We are seeking candidates for the position of Human Resource Manager - Shared Services for our Uganda project portfolio.
This position is responsible for the management, administration, coordination and facilitation of HR programs, processes, and operational support services for four RTI International Projects in Uganda.
The HR Manager is responsible for transparent implementation of HR Strategies, effective delivery of HR services and management; interprets and applies HR policies; rules and regulations facilitate internal procedures and process solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues.
The HR Manager promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale.
He/she is to support formulation of solid HR strategies and implement Project human resources initiatives to attract, develop, motivate and retain the most suitable talent throughout the projects and facilitate successful performance in management.
This position requires candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 10 years' related experience or an MA degree and 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants will be mature individuals who can call upon years of leadership experience in HR to lead, collaborate and support multiple stakeholders.
 Previous experience working on a US Funded program is desired.
Pre-existing work and residency authorization in Uganda is required.
