- TCP/ DST SUPERVISOR
Essential
Responsibilities and Duties:
▪ Assist client in well test jobs
▪ Plans,and organize equipment and personnel for the job:
▪ Preparation, qualification and logistics, of equipment according to standard procedure and RITE program.
▪ Select crews to match required competency
▪ Manages and administers well site operations to insure Service Quality
▪ Supervising field operator crew
▪ Calls and leads safety meetings
▪ Comply with applicable company policies, including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and
Environment standards and procedures
▪ Successfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fi re, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving)

▪ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil field sector
▪ Experience in supervising DST /TCP is a MUST

▪ Supervise the acquisition of both surface and downhole data during well test operation.
▪ Maintenance and preparation of surface test equipment for surface well test
▪ Bottom Hole Sampling and Validation
▪ Surface Sampling of Oil and Gas
▪ Liquid Level determination using the Echometer
▪ Calibration of pressure devices such as Pressure recorders, Differential Pressure Cell (DPC), Pressure gauges
▪ Quality check of well test equipment meetings
▪ Maintain and strengthen client relations through frequent contacts and promotes sales and services
▪ Participates in and directs preventative maintenance and repair of tools and equipment according to the standards and procedures defined in the RITE program
