 Nakasongola Pentecostal Church engaged in Christian Child Development Ministry targeting the neediest of the needy children in Nakasongola region. Applications are invited from BORN AGAIN Christian professionals who confess and demonstrate the Lordship of Jesus Christ for Ministry work in Buruli Child Development Center;

Requirements.

1. Be a Christian model for children, their families and communities.

2. Facilitating the need identification process.

3. Assist with implementing holistic development of the children.

4. Maintain books of accounts; prepare financial reports, and monitoring use of assets.

5. Maintain the payroll and ensure that statutory deductions are made and timely submitted to relevant bodies.

6. Ensure timeliness and quality of child to sponsor correspondence, child information documents and materials.

7. Conduct sponsor tours and visits.

8. Be in charge of child program attendance monitoring.

9. Management of all program Key Result Areas.

10. Attend to other tasks assigned by Project leadership.

11. Involvement in the Local Church programs in support of Christian ministry in the community

Qualifications:

• Age limit 22 - 35 years.

• Proven integrity in personal and public life in line with the Christian values.

• Must be a mature devoted BORN AGAIN Christian.

• Experience with OVC is added advantage.

Other specific requirements are:

A. Project Director-

• Applicants should be in Possession of a Degree in Social Sciences, SWASA, Community psychology, adult and community education, development studies, education, BBA , Child Development or related humanities.

B. CDO - Health:

• A Clinical Officer, minimum of certificate/ diploma in Clinical medicine, in Public Health/Dentistry and Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or equivalent qualification.

• Skills in counseling and knowledge in HIV/AIDS interventions will be an added advantage.

C. CDO - Sponsor/Donor Ministry:

• Must have at least a diploma in any of the following; Social work

and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development studies, Education; Communication, Records Management Theology and any related disciplines.

• Formal training in counseling and child development will be an added advantage.

DUTY STATION

Being a resident worker in Nakasongola geographical area.
