We are seeking a dynamic, creative and self-driven
person to fill the role of Quality Assurance and Environmental Manager
Requirements:
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must
have the following:
• Relevant degree in business studies/ humanities.
• Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage
• Previous experience and understanding of ISO certification
or other relevant quality assurance standards and auditing.
• Exceptional report writing skills
• First rate communication skills
• Three to five years of experience at managerial level.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to multi-task and handle stress.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the organizations’ ISO Management Representative.
2. Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure that the
QMS/ EMS are effectively integrated into the performance management systems.
3. Ensure compliance with the environmental and quality
assurance policy, legal and other requirements which IHK subscribes to.
4. Review and update current organizational and
departmental procedures/ work instructions and participate
in developing new ones.
5. Be the document and records controller for IHK
6. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external QMS/ EMS
audits and assessment of all departments or centre’s (IMCs) where required.
7. Review, recommend and conduct quality, environmental,
safety and health training and education for employees and or clients especially
those employees dealing with significant environmental aspects.
