Medical Technologist: Histology

Minimum Requirements:
The applicant should be in possession of a National Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology with a bias in Histology.

 The applicant must be registered in relevant discipline with Allied Health Professional Council of Uganda (AHPCU).

The applicant should also have 2 – 3 years relevant working experience .

The applicant should have further knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology relevant to medical pathology, laboratory information systems, laboratory standards operating procedures and processes.

 The applicant should be able to work as part of a team and interact professionally and ethically with patients, clients, doctors and other hospital staff.
