Position Title: .COMPLETION OPERATION MANAGER
Organisation: CNOOC
Uganda Limited
Location:
Kampala, Uganda.
Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities
if required.
Primary Function:
Responsible for completion, work over operation and ESP running and pulling operation
and technology management of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Organize
to review the completion, work over and ESP running/pulling operation program and
to execute the program based on the plan.
• Ensure
the health, safety, environmental protection, quality, schedule and cost
control in the operation.
• Coordinate
daily with operation related
contractors and service providers and
operation site to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Provide
advice on the tendering plan and strategy of the service and material
procurement and on the technical bidding evaluation in the process of operation
preparation.
• Provide
professional completion operation advice for the safety emergency during
production
• Provide
contractor performance evaluation at the end of operation.
• Other
duties assigned by leaders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's
Degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the
related.
• At least
10-year related working experience.
Knowledge:
• Extensive
knowledge of completion operation technology and process.
• Extensive
knowledge of laws of oil E&P safety and environmental protection.
• Knowledge
of cost control, economic contract and laws.
• Understanding
of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil production.
