Essential Duties and Responsibilities are:

• ·         participate in and supervise multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements
• ·         demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic and financial knowledge to client situations
• ·         thoroughly and accurately analyze information, prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions to formalise
• ·         Transfer Pricing documentation for clients
• ·         participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs) and defend transfer pricing in audits
• ·         delegates work to other members of the tax team, ensuring that they understand their responsibilities and have received appropriate on-the-job training/coaching develop and deliver quality transfer pricing documents

Ideal Candidate should be:

a bachelor's degree in economics/law/ tax/accounting

a minimum of 3 years of transfer pricing or similar experience

broad exposure to transfer pricing issues will be preferred excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills

IT Technical Support Specialist (Information Technology)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities are:

• ·         networking management, data security, back up, server management and troubleshooting
• ·         ensuring that all IT equipment's are up to date and maintained well
• ·         updating softwares and its licensed installations monitoring performance of each computer and IT equipment
• ·         data security, storage and retrieval as and when needed effective operation of the system designed for laptops when using at client's premises

Ideal candidate should:

have bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

have sound knowledge of latest server based computer hardware, software and risks associated with it.

have at least 3 years relevant experience in working for an established organization

To ensure an excellent standard of PA service and support is provided to the partners (and/or directors) specified to assist them in achieving their overall business objectives.
