Position Title: Client Relations Officer.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma in Clinical Medicine/RN/BSCN

2. Ability to multi task

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

4. Have a creative and practical approach to your work

5. Ability to work productively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

i) To ensure all customer complaints or queries are dealt with in an urgent manner and followed through to conclusion.

ii) To carry out HSP visits both in Kampala and upcountry.

iii) To coordinate the annual customer satisfaction surveys.

iv) Carry out Customer Service Training for staff.

v) Serve as a resource to answer questions regarding patient services, benefit outline, billing, IAA packages or other.
