With the backing of its international and local partners, PEARL is undergoing tremendous growth and transformation. To support this growth on a sustainable basis, PEARL invites applications from suitable qualified applicants for the following positions available at its branches.

2. POST: BRANCH MANAGERS:

Main Role:

Reporting to the regional manager

The branch manager will ensure business growth, portfolio quality, profitability, policy compliance and risk mitigation.

Key result Area include

Effective planning and management of the branch performance including budgeting and budget management, managing branch credit portfolio and ensure achievement of growth quality targets. Effectively management business growth and cost to ensure profitability of the branch.

Implementing and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.

Managing customers relations and customers’ satisfactions

Preparing and submitting accurate and timely branch report to the regional and head office according to the set timeline.

Supervision and managing performance of branch especially credit officers and providing for on going training staff as and when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• An hour’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, commerce or any other relevant field.
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory credit or banking organizations position in the financial Institution.
• Advanced knowledge and proven ability in the use of Microsoft office word, Excel and power point.
• Excellent understanding of microfinance industry.
