JOB PURPOSE
• The job holder will be responsible for
managing the Mass Market, they will manage the acquisition cycle of partners to
drive the segment, revenue growth, profitability, portfolio growth,
relationship management, business case development, product development, and user
acceptance tests while coordinating technical integrations with the client is accountable
for the business growth of the branch as per laid down policies and procedures
to enable the Bank to attain its corporate goals and objectives related
to Sales, Service, Profitability and Market share
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /KEY DELIVERABLES
ü
Manage end-to-end
the new client onboarding process that includes acquisition, development,
acceptance testing, client training, product usage, and retention. This also
includes carrying out post-implementation reviews of all products to ensure stabilization
and achieving the intended objectives.
ü
Identify, and engage
prospective mass markets to download the wallet with the understanding of client
needs and align solutions that meet their needs.
ü
Develop business
cases to develop/enhance products within the mass markets space. This includes
coordinating with projects, Products, and technical teams to customize products
that address market and customer needs.
ü
Responsible for
revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth of all mass markets products
including price reviews from time to time using data to make decisions Grow the
interest, non-interest deposits and forex income of the Branch.
ü
Build and manage
all relationships with all service providers/vendors, regulators, mass markets, and all internal stakeholders with the objective to maximize usage of systems,
products, and services.
ü Maintain a point of contact for
inquiries, concerns, and escalations within the agreed service level
agreements. This includes serving as a link of communication between customers
and internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
ü
Bachelor’s Degree
Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Commerce, or its
equivalent.
ü
Five (5) years’
experience in Banking, Fintech, and similar environment with focus in driving
sales and business growth.
ü
Minimum of two (2)
years’ experience in a Management role in mobile financial services, FinTech or
Financial Institutions.
ü
Experience in
business development, product development, relationship management, technical
business analysis, sales process, people skills and understanding the market.
ü
