Job Title: ADMINISTRATOR – TRAINING SCHOOLS
Organisation: Mengo Hospital
Location: Kampala.
Background Information:
Mengo Hospital is the oldest Hospital in Uganda having been founded in 1897. It is a Christian, Missionary founded, Private Not-For-Profit (PNFP) Hospital. It is categorized as a General Hospital by government, but operationally it is a referral Hospital. It has offered treatment to tens of thousands of people over the
years. The once Missionary Hospital simple structures, developed into the present-day 300-bed hospital, spread over 22 acres of land at Namirembe Hill.
Job summary         
Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the administration and support services function in the Hospital Training Schools in accordance with the established Hospital administrative policies and procedures
Minimum qualifications, experience and skills required
(a)   A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Social Sciences, plus a postgraduate qualification in Management.
(b)    Must be computer literate.
(c)     Possession of additional training and qualification in Education is a competitive advantage.
(d)    8 years’ relevant working experience in administration at Senior Officer Level, preferably in a big organization .
(e)   A balanced, mature and dynamic person of at least 40 years.
REMUNERATION:
Commensurate remuneration for each position will be negotiated with the successful candidates
