Our client in the Agro-Chemical Industry seeks to fill the position of Assistant Agro Manager.

Job Description :             

•Maintain excellent business relations with the whole sellers and distributors, so as to maximize sells.

•Provide guidance, support and training to whole sellers and distributors as per the business needs.

•Develop and implement strategy for business growth of agro-chemicals in Uganda

•Identify opportunities and convert them to sales

• Scan and analyze the agriculture sector in Uganda and identify solutions and business prospects.

Experience :       4 (Years)

Skill Set :            

-Should have a Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or any related area.

-Four years experience in sales of agriculture inputs.
