We are currently looking for competent candidates to fill the following
positions that exist in our group;
Position Title:SHIFT SUPERVISOR – BEVERAGES PLANT

1. Supervise and take responsibility for a production shift and submit
daily shift production reports
2. Supervise, assign work and provide technical guidance and support to
subordinates in the manufacturing department
3. Oversee preventive maintenance and report any malfunctions of the
machines to the productions Officer.
4. In liaison with the productions officer assist in the appraisal and
performance of subordinates
5. Participate in routine stock taking at the plant.
6. Monitor movement of finished products from the production plant to the
warehouse.
7. Maintains quality services by establishing and enforcing organization
standard operating procedures.
8. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing
personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources;
maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
9. Be vigilant and pay detailed attention to production of quality products
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. A Diploma or Degree in industrial chemistry, food science and
engineering related courses.
2. Should have some good knowledge of HACCP and general ISO standards
3. At least 4year’s relevant experience in a manufacturing plant in a
supervisory position (Water bottling and food processes)
SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES REQUIRED
? Ability to stand and work for long hours, should have effective
supervisory skills, ability to control man power, should be good in
calculations, have a positive attitude, self-driven, flexible, results focused,
team player, creative, innovative and contain under pressure with minimum
supervision. S/He should have effective report writing, communication and good
customer care skills
