Organizational Profile:
Uganda Martyrs Hospital Lubaga, formerly Lubaga Hospital founded in 1899,
is a 275 bed hospital health network of the Archdiocese of Kampala and one of
the 30+ private-non-forprofit hospitals within the Catholic network UCMB in
Uganda.
The candidate should have a proven record of committed leadership and is
familiar with the values and teaching of the Catholic Church.

Creates and maintains
documentation for business systems and work flow diagrams.
·
Perform programming to implement
the regular changing business needs of the organization.
·
Performs regular training for
staff in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
·
Provides the service desk for the
Navision Users
·
Creates and maintains
documentation that relates to system configuration
·
Creation and maintenance of
permissions to user accounts
·
Manage and oversee the Microsoft
License ensure that the BREP is updated
·
Provide assistance during the IT,
System Security and Finance Audits
·
Work closely with the support
partners in solving issues that are arising from day to day
·
Perform system trouble shooting
for the issues that shall arise from time to time.
·
Perform Daily system
administration tasks
·
Perform the system backups and
ensure that their integrity is verified
Minimum Professional Requirements:
Microsoft Certified Navision
Solutions Developer/ Implementer
Master of Information Systems or
its equivalent
Basic knowledge of Patient
Management Systems and knowledge of International Accounting Standards
JOB PURPOSE
SQL 2012 and above Certified Microsoft Dynamics Nav Certified

Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT,
Computing or Computer Science
·
Extensive knowledge of CSIDE
programming language
·
Basic Accounting Knowledge
·
Experience in implementing
financial systems in large organizations.
·
Experience of working in a health
related environment
Experience
At least 7 years’ experience with
MS NAV in a reputable organization.
