Position Title:Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

 The Human Resource Manager will handle recruitment, payroll, appraisals and grievance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·             The applicant should hold a degree in HR (MBA or MSc in HR preferred) from a recognized institute of higher learning.

·             At least three years’ experience in Human Resource.

·             Past exposure and experience in managing Performance Management System & M&E process is an added advantage.

·             Excellent interpersonal skills

·             Ability to implement human resource policies and procedures within the organisation.

·             Computer literacy skills i.e. Microsoft Office proficiency
