qualified candidates for the following positions.
Position Title:Flight Coordinator
Number of Positions :3 Positions
Organization:Handling Services (ENHAS))- Uganda
Duty Station: Entebbe
Employment Type:Full Time Permanent
Reports to:Charters and Special Flights Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To adequately prepare and coordinate ground handling of specials flights
and all types of charter flights and thereby ensure superior service.
Specific tasks:
·
Ensures all requests for ground
handling services get immediate attention and appropriate responses;
·
Gives assistance to crews as
requested;
·
Coordinates with service
providers like Hotels, Fuel providers and Caterers to ensure quality and timely
service to clients;
·
Coordinates with CAA operations
to secure parking bays and Aircraft landing permits;
·
Compiles files for each request
of handling with all relevant communication;
·
Ensures correct and appropriate
addresses and references are compiled for billing purposes;
·
Ensure sales returns are raised
and reconciled with revenue for all flights.
Minimum Requirements:
·
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
·
At least two years experience in a hospitality industry in an operations
supervisory role; Excellent customer care skills;
·
Confident with strong organizational, interpersonal, team working and
communication skills; Able to work under minimum supervision.
