Role : Responsible for developing and maintaining a
proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective
consultative selling and structuring of solutions for potential or existing
High Net Worth customers in line with the set targets, service standards and
strategic objectives of the Bank.
1. Implement effective sales and generate
monthly sales performance reports in line with the set targets.
2. Drive and monitor the growth
of the loan book and deposits of the bank and initiate key drive strategies of
driving the business.
3. Actively market and
effectively generate leads, create and periodically update customer databases
for potential and existing High Net worth customers and recommend financial
solutions based on customer value line with the set targets.
4. Periodically generate a
database of market information on the High Net Worth customers and provide
integrated financial product solutions in line with banking practice and
identified customer needs.
5. Plan and implement customer
relationship management training/sensitization programs for all bank staff in
line with the High Net Worth customer expectation, the identified training
needs and the bank’s customer service strategy.
6. Conduct periodic visits or
meetings to achieve understanding of the High Net Worth customer segment
business needs intended to build a loyal customer base.
7. Recommend procedural,
process, and policy changes required to meet High Net Worth customer
expectation, needs and generate periodic useful status reports.
8. Maintain an updated database
for the potential High Net Worth customers and give direction to branches on the
key revenue generating strategies of the bank.
9. Work with Branch Management
and staff to implement and monitor a system of ensuring continued compliance
with Know your Customer and risk management policies in line with bank
procedures.
Qualification:
· An Honors degree in Business
Administration, Economics, Commerce, Statistics or any other related discipline
from a recognized University.
· Postgraduate qualification
in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or any other related disciplines
is an added advantage.
Experience, Skills and Competencies
· At least five years’
experience in a large corporate and busy banking environment working directly
with clients preferably; Credit, Banking, Marketing and Client Relationship
Management with two years having been at supervisory / managerial level.
