Q Sourcing is an East African human resource consulting and outsourcing company, combining unparalleled experience and expertise across business functions. Our client is looking for A Coordinator - Corporate Communications between the age of 25 and above to work in their South Sudan - Juba Office.
Main Tasks:
·             Develop effective  multi-platform/multi-stakeholder communication strategies and messaging.
·             Develop engaging and effective communication campaigns for driving understanding and buy-in among critical stakeholders.
·             Manage the production of the company's corporate publications (print and web-based), ensuring high-quality look and feel and engaging, informative content which articulates key business issues.
·             Develop and ensure that enterprise-wide intranet (SHARE) is an effective business communication tool  as well as dynamic collaboration and internal bonding platform which complies with corporate identity guidelines.
·             Develop an understanding of approved the company's Communication Code and group-wide corporate identity guidelines and their application to external communication materials.
·             Supervise output from various consultants (PR, Communication and News  Media) towards deploying integrated communication and engagement strategy which positively influence stakeholder perception of the company and its activities.
·             Develop and provide key communication support for corporate events and high quality speeches/presentations for executive management as well as relevant the company's publications.
Key Qualifications/Experience
·             A good Bachelor’s Degree of Mass Communication or an equivalent from a reputable institution is mandatory.
·             A post graduate qualification which demonstrate intellectual rigor will be an added advantage.
·             Minimum of 3 years work experience with 1 years quality experience in corporate communications – strategy and content facilitation for diverse audiences.
Competencies
·             A good writing, editorial and publishing skills.
·             Knowledge of evolving, contemporary communication tools and techniques.
·             Effective supervisory and project management skills.
