Our Client is mandated to facilitate investments in Uganda’s high potential
renewable energy sector with particular focus on providing financial, technical
and other support to renewable energy infrastructure development in Uganda.
Job Description :
Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for all the company’s Communication aspects, including but not
limited to: information dissemination on the products, stakeholder
consultations, and building and sustaining the company’s corporate reputation.
Key Outputs
• Prepare and manage the company’s Products communication Strategy.
• Enhance and ensure the visibility of the company. Key Duties and
Responsibilities
• Determine communication strategy and execute programs to deliver
communication objectives, business strategy and corporate culture.
• Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding initiatives, internal and external communications and
ensure corporate visibility.
• Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities including radio,
TV, or the Internet.
• Develop strong relationships with the stakeholders.
• Develop contents for newsletters, email announcements, planned
publications, on-line, intranet, video and internet.
• Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines.
• Manage the company brand and reputation.

Skill Set :
Key Person Specifications :
• Honours degree in either Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognised
University.
• A post graduate qualification in business related discipline.
• At least 5 years working experience in Communication and Public Relations
Management with a reputable organization.
