Background Information:
Uganda Post Limited T/A Posta Uganda is inviting qualified persons who meet
the stated minimum requirements to apply for the following vacancies which
exist within the Company.
Job Description
1.Assist driver to load and off-load mail on/off the bus
2.Assist Post Bus passengers 10 embark and disembark
3.Conduct ticket checks before departure to ensure that all passengers have
paid the fare
4.Assist the driver to assess rt the vehicle is In good mechanical
condition
5.Assist the driver to carry out minor repairs on the motor vehicle
6.Survey and advise driver on existence of passengers
7.Issue tickets for all passengers and collect company revenues
8.Account to the Bus Driver, all ticket revenues collected
9.Ensure secure and intact Mail Delivery
Qualifications

Ordinary Diploma in a Business related field, preferably Accounting
·
Possession of a driving license or additional qualifications such as
Mechanical Engineering or Accounts will be an added advantage
·
Working Experience and other competencies Minimum of two (2) years'
relevant working experience Ability to speak and write English
·
Ability to check minor defects on the vehicle
·
Must possess Demonstrable Customer Care skills
