Job Responsibilities:
·             Develop a strategy for the Paper Products Production function aligned to the company’s overall production strategy.
·             Ensure the implementation of the approved Paper Products Production strategy.
·             Monitor and report on the progress of the Paper Products Production strategy.
·             Be accountable for the overall performance of the Paper Products Production function.
·             Lead, develop and motivate the Paper Products Production functions staff.
·             Ensure the implementation of the Paper Products Production’s operations, policy and procedures.
·             Ensure the proper maintenance of the Paper Products Production machinery and equipment.
·             Manage the requisition and stock process of the Paper Products Production function.
     Requirements:
·             A minimum of a higher diploma in a technically based discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, etc.
·             A minimum of 3 years’ work related experience in a production or process environment.
·             Experience operating production machinery and equipment.
·             Experience in maintenance planning and implementation.
·             Ability to plan, organize and coordinate.
·             Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·             Ability to identify and provide learning opportunities that enable others to reach their full potential.
·             Ability to lead, work with and through teams.
·             Ability to identify and appreciate the values, concerns and feelings of others.
·             Ability to drive and deliver set results.
·             Ability to take initiative.
