Position Title:Machine Operator

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Roofings Ltd is part of the Roofings Group, a number one quality steel manufacturer that supplies over 350,000 metric tons per annum, to both local and export markets within the region. Our offices are situated about 6 km outside Kampala city centre in Lubowa, along Entebbe road.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·             Keeping machines in proper running condition and clean.

·             Produce the right quality and quantity of products

·             Keep subordinates discipline

·             Train the subordinates

·             Compile and submit production reports

·             Ensure material accountability

·             Responsible for the requisition for consumables

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    The applicants should hold a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

    Past experience in a steel processing Mill.
